We recently caught up with Jenny Glenn our May Featured Member Spotlight. She is full of energy and an expert at juggling being a wife, a mom and a business owner! I wasn’t satisfied working for others. I have always wanted to run my own studio and the time was right!
What are you most proud of in your business?
On day 1, we had 75 students and five years later, we have over 300! The rapid growth is thanks to my amazing staff and our outstanding retention rate!
What’s your super power?
Teaching 2-4 yr olds!! This is by-far the hardest part of my job but also the most rewarding!
What is one thing you can’t live without?
Sweatpants and ice cream!
What is your favorite thing to do when you’re not running your business?
Rarely do I have free time but when I do, I take advantage of it and spend time with my family.
What is one thing you wish you knew when you first started?
You can’t do it alone! Take all the help that people offer you.
Any advice for new entrepreneurs or someone who is thinking of starting their own business?
Make sure you have a good support system.
