What is the best business decision you’ve made in the last year?
The best decision I made in 2020 was investing in myself and my business. We are our business, and depending on your business structure, many of us had to reevaluate how we were going to move forward in a world that is emerging to new ways of communication, and connection.
As a business owner where 75% of her annual sales were in person, I had to learn how to begin to operate virtually. This required me to learn, while it also required me to step out of my comfort zone.
Getting out of my comfort zone meant, letting go of what I resisted for so long. I had to create a level of confidence in myself. That took taking myself from survivor to Thriver mentality.
In this year, I can honestly say, the best decision I made for myself, was working with business coaches that not only addressed the business make up but also the personal model of who we are, tapping into our beliefs and perceptions of the world that surrounds us.
This is where our true power lies to create the successful entrepreneur we dream of.
Once I made this decision and turned it into a commitment, I created an avalanche of ideas with a level of confidence which lead me to implement new ideas and opened the doors to endless potential.
I am excited to see what 2021 has in store!
